**Third & Urban Receives Approval for Major Brookhaven Redevelopment**

Third & Urban has received the green light from the Brookhaven City Council for a transformative redevelopment of Corporate Square. The Atlanta-based development firm plans to convert a dated 32-acre office park into a vibrant mixed-use community.

The master-planned project will include:

– 1,500 residential apartments
– 250 townhomes
– 176 senior living units
– 100,000 square feet of medical office space
– 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space
– A 350-room hotel

Construction will be executed in phases, with groundbreaking expected in 2026. Third & Urban is currently under contract to acquire the site. The firm is best known for its successful in-town developments, including Westside Paper and Armour Yards.

In line with Brookhaven’s zoning code, which requires a minimum of 15 percent open space, the project will feature multiple green areas situated between buildings. It will also offer direct access to the Peachtree Creek Greenway, complemented by sidewalks and trail paths interwoven throughout the development.

This ambitious plan is expected to significantly enhance the area by integrating residential, commercial, and recreational elements into a walkable and connected neighborhood.
