**Third & Urban Receives Approval for Major Brookhaven Redevelopment**

Third & Urban has secured approval from the Brookhaven City Council to move forward with a significant redevelopment of a dated office park in Corporate Square. The mixed-use project will transform the 32-acre site into a vibrant community featuring:

– 1,500 apartments
– 250 townhomes
– 176 senior living units
– 100,000 square feet of medical office space
– 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space
– A 350-key hotel

The redevelopment will be completed in phases, with construction expected to begin in 2026. Third & Urban, widely recognized for in-town developments such as Westside Paper and Armour Yards, is currently under contract to purchase the site.

In line with Brookhaven’s zoning code, which mandates 15 percent of the site be dedicated to open space, the development will include numerous green areas between buildings and a direct link to the Peachtree Creek Greenway. In addition, sidewalks and trail paths will be integrated throughout the property to enhance walkability and connectivity.
