**CBRE Arranges 199,600-Square-Foot Industrial Lease at Dakota Commerce Center in Fargo**
CBRE has secured a 199,600-square-foot long-term lease at the Dakota Commerce Center, a major industrial development spanning 633,200 square feet in Fargo, North Dakota. The lease will see an undisclosed company occupy 100% of Building 3 within the park.
CBRE’s Chance Lindsey and Kyle Ferderer represented the owner and development partners of Dakota Commerce Center, Hyde Development and Gremada Industries, in the lease negotiations.
“This development represents a significant opportunity for prospective occupiers, as it’s the only industrial park of its kind on the market within the region,” said Lindsey. “Overall, demand for bulk warehouse space has risen in recent years in the area, and it shows no signs of slowing down through the rest of the year.”
Situated at 3701 40th Avenue North, just off Interstate 29, the Dakota Commerce Center is adjacent to DCC North, a 111-acre site designated for industrial development. The center is equipped with modern industrial infrastructure including dock-high loading, drive-in doors, 32-foot clear ceiling heights, 40-by-52-foot column spacing, 36 trailer stalls, high-bay LED lighting, and 12-inch insulated precast wall panels.
The park is currently 100% leased, underscoring the strong demand for industrial space in the Fargo region.
