Two new retail leases were signed at 106 South Street in Manhattan’s South Street Seaport district, bringing CAKE and NOBLE Publishing House to the area. The leases cover 2,739 square feet for CAKE, an electric motorcycle company, and NOBLE Publishing House, an exclusive private event space.
Newmark’s managing director Andrew Stern represented the property ownership in both transactions. “We congratulate both tenants on opening their first Manhattan locations – a significant milestone for each brand,” said Stern. “The Seaport will benefit from these premier retail concepts as they add diversity to neighborhood offerings.”
