**IDI Logistics Secures Full-Building Lease for 805,000 SF at Rider Logistics Center in Perris**
Colliers has successfully completed an 804,803-square-foot industrial lease at Building 2 of the Rider Logistics Center, located at 450 E. Rider Street in Perris, California. The expansive facility—developed and owned by IDI Logistics—is the largest within the logistics center and now fully leased to an undisclosed tenant.
The deal was brokered by a joint team comprising Colliers’ Vice Chairs Mark Zorn and Cory Whitman, alongside CBRE’s Vice Chairman Dan de la Paz and Senior Vice President Jeff Fritch. The CBRE team represented the tenant in the transaction, while both Colliers and CBRE co-listed the property on behalf of IDI Logistics.
“This deal is yet another testament to the persisting demand in the Inland Empire, with industrial leasing activity surpassing 14 million square feet in the first quarter of 2025 for the third time in history,” said Zorn. “We’re pleased with the successful outcome for all involved in executing this deal, and we’re optimistic for the momentum to continue through 2025.”
This lease underscores the continued strength of the Inland Empire’s industrial market, reflecting enduring interest from large-scale tenants seeking modern logistics and distribution space.
