**Rexford Sells Newly Built Carson Warehouse for $52M**
NAI Capital Commercial’s executive managing director Ryan Campbell, SIOR, represented Carson Warehouse Corporation in the acquisition of a newly constructed industrial facility located in Carson, California. The 127,775-square-foot, single-tenant property was sold for $52,450,000 by Rexford Industrial, who was represented by Frank Schulz, SIOR, and David Prior, SIOR, of The Klabin Company.
Situated at 1055 Sandhill Avenue, the facility was completed in 2024 and is designed to meet the demands of modern warehousing and distribution. Carson Warehouse Corporation plans to convert a significant portion of the space into cold storage to meet evolving logistics needs.
