**Canadian Manufacturer Xnrgy Opens 275K-SF Factory in Mesa**
Xnrgy Climate Systems, a Montreal-based manufacturer specializing in climate control systems for data centers, has officially opened the first phase of its new 275,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Mesa, Arizona. Located in the 270-acre mixed-use Gateway East business park, the facility marks a significant step in the company’s U.S. operations.
With plans to invest $300 million in the site, Xnrgy eventually aims to expand the plant’s footprint to 1 million square feet, distributed across four separate structures. The company is launching operations with 130 employees and aims to increase that number to 300 by the end of the year, eventually supporting up to 1,000 jobs at full buildout.
The manufacturing facility was developed by The Boyer Company, who also serve as the primary developers of the Gateway East park. Wespac Construction is the general contractor for the project, while the architectural design was done by Gensler.
This development represents a key milestone in Mesa’s economic growth and highlights the city’s appeal as a hub for advanced manufacturing and technology-based industries.
