**Landmark Properties Completes First Phase of Everstead at Conroe BTR Community**
Landmark Properties has completed the first phase of construction on The Everstead at Conroe, a 23.5-acre build-to-rent (BTR) community located at 7711 Longmire Road in Conroe, a northern suburb of Houston.
Developed in partnership with Open House Group Co. and financed by Wintrust, The Everstead at Conroe represents Landmark’s commitment to the growing BTR market. Landmark Construction, the company’s in-house construction arm, served as the general contractor for the project.
Just 20 minutes north of The Woodlands—a massive 27,000-acre master-planned community with nearly 25 million square feet of office space—The Everstead at Conroe blends the services of a condominium-style community with the flexibility of a rental model.
Once fully completed, the development will include 190 homes: 56 two-bedroom units and 134 three-bedroom ranch homes and townhomes. These residences are spread across 136 one- and two-story buildings and feature private patios and fully fenced-in backyards.
Community amenities are centered around a 2,817-square-foot clubhouse that houses a fitness center. Residents will also have access to a resort-style swimming pool, a dog park, a playground, and courts for pickleball and bocce.
