Creation, in partnership with Horizon Capital Holdings and Vaulter, has received approval from the McKinney City Council for a $1.3 billion mixed-use development called Long Branch. The project will be located at the northwest corner of US 75 and the future 380 bypass in McKinney, Texas.
Spanning 155 acres, with 80 acres designated for active development, Long Branch is set to be built out over the next decade. The project will be developed in four distinct tracts, each offering a carefully integrated mix of residential, commercial, and hospitality components.
Key features of the master plan include:
– Approximately 1,600 multifamily residential units
– 135,000 square feet of retail space, anchored by a 65,000-square-foot specialty grocer
– A 318,600-square-foot office campus featuring two six-story buildings
– A 100-room hotel
– A five-story structured parking garage with 910 spaces
The first phase of the project is currently in the design stage, led by the award-winning architecture firm GFF Design. Construction will be managed by LGE Design Build. Infrastructure work at the site is slated to begin later this year, followed by the commencement of vertical construction.
Long Branch is positioned to become a landmark development in McKinney, offering a vibrant mix of uses and amenities that will serve both residents and visitors for years to come.
