Creation, in partnership with Horizon Capital Holdings and Vaulter, has secured approval from the McKinney City Council for a new $1.3 billion development project named Long Branch. This transformative, mixed-use venture will be located at the northwest corner of US 75 and the planned 380 bypass in McKinney, Texas.
Spanning 155 acres, with 80 acres designated for active development, Long Branch is set to unfold in phases over the next decade. The master-planned community will feature a balanced mix of residential, retail, office, and hospitality spaces, developed across four distinct tracts.
Key elements of the project include:
– Approximately 1,600 multifamily residential units
– 135,000 square feet of retail space, anchored by a 65,000-square-foot specialty grocery store
– A 318,600-square-foot office campus, featuring two six-story buildings
– A 100-room hotel
– A five-story structured parking garage offering 910 parking spaces
The initial phase, currently in the design stage by award-winning GFF Design, will soon transition to construction, led by LGE Design Build. Infrastructure work is expected to commence later this year, with vertical construction to follow shortly thereafter.
