**Westside Paper Mixed-Use Project Progresses in West Midtown Atlanta**
Westside Paper is making notable strides with its adaptive reuse project in West Midtown Atlanta. Originally constructed in 1950 as the Atlanta Paper Company, the site has undergone a significant transformation. By 2023, it was redeveloped into a mixed-use space offering approximately 220,000 square feet of office and retail leasing opportunities. The redevelopment was led by Westbridge Development Company.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports that Construction Resources is one of the newest tenants to join the project. The company is set to open a 50,000-square-foot design center at the location this summer. Additionally, food and beverage provider Proof of the Pudding signed a long-term lease last year for The Dogwood, a 13,000-square-foot event venue.
Currently, nearly half of the available space is occupied by retail tenants. The development team—also responsible for the Stockyards and Westside Provisions projects—is now actively targeting office tenants, with more than 100,000 square feet of leasing deals reportedly in progress.
The developers, including real estate investment firm FCP, have contributed to the broader community as well, helping fund the initial design of a new 0.73-mile section of the BeltLine walking and biking trail.
As leasing continues and new tenants move in, Westside Paper is proving to be a key player in the ongoing revitalization of West Midtown.
