Atlanta Property Group (APG) has gained five new third-party assignments totaling more than 400,000 square feet of office and industrial space. This momentum follows APG’s announcement earlier this year to expand its established third-party platform, which includes property management, construction management, leasing and accounting services into the Atlanta market. In 2022 alone APG secured nearly 1 million square feet of new business.
The newly acquired assignments include 2500 Cumberland; a 145,000-square-foot fully leased office building in Cobb County; Lakewood II; a 123,000-square foot office building in Smyrna; Paran Place – a 35,000 square foot centrally located Paces neighborhood property – all owned by NORO Management an Atlanta based commercial real estate investment company. Additionally APG was awarded the third party assignment for Parkbrooke Place – 55 000 sq ft medical facility located in Woodstock as well as Riverdale Industrial – 50 000 sq ft industrial complex situated in Riverdale .
Atlanta Property Group continues to demonstrate strong growth with these recent acquisitions adding up to over 400 000 sq ft of additional properties under their portfolio .
