**MDH Partners and DHL Real Estate Solutions Complete Peak Distribution Center in Las Vegas**

LAS VEGAS, April 18, 2025 – MDH Partners and DHL Real Estate Solutions have successfully completed development of the Peak Distribution Center, a large-scale industrial project consisting of two buildings and totaling 794,386 square feet in Las Vegas. This milestone follows MDH’s entry into the market earlier this year through the acquisition of a separate two-building, 509,216-square-foot industrial property in the area. The acquisition was sourced by Matt Gregory for MDH, with Trent Agnew and Brian Carlton of JLL marketing the opportunity on behalf of DHL.

DHL Real Estate Solutions, the real estate arm of DHL Group—the world’s largest logistics company—began site work on the project in the first quarter of 2023. Vertical construction began last month, and project completion is expected in the first quarter of 2026.

Building Two of the complex, measuring 343,373 square feet, has already been fully pre-leased. Building One, offering 450,241 square feet, is currently available for lease. Leasing for the development is being handled by Pat Marsh and Sam Newman of Colliers.

This strategic partnership underscores continued investment in the Las Vegas industrial market and strengthens the region’s role as a key logistics hub.
