**Connect CRE is Seeking More of 2025’s Rising Stars**
Connect CRE’s ninth annual Next Generation Awards is officially underway, and the response to our call for nominations has already been positive. However, we’re eager to receive even more input from across the commercial real estate industry, and we invite you to participate in recognizing tomorrow’s leaders.
As with past editions, the Next Generation Awards will spotlight rising stars from each of the regions we cover, including California, Seattle, Phoenix, Texas, Chicago, Boston, New York, Washington, Atlanta, and Florida. We’ll also be recognizing standout national candidates.
We’re looking for rising professionals from every corner of the commercial real estate spectrum. Last year’s honorees included emerging talent in development, finance, ownership, proptech, and brokerage—just a few of the many fields that were represented.
After reviewing your nominations, we’ll select this year’s honorees and begin announcing them in June.
To be eligible, candidates must be 35 years old or younger as of December 31, 2025.
Nominations are due by May 7, 2025.
