**Development Partnership Unveils Renderings for Sunset Park Mixed-Income Housing Project**
The development team of Ailanthus, BEB Capital, and SK Development has released new renderings for One Sunset, a mixed-income housing and retail project located at 201 E. 25th Street in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park neighborhood. The project, titled One Sunset, spans 193,000 square feet and will rise 14 stories, delivering a total of 187 residential units.
“To unveil this ‘first look’ at One Sunset as we approach the start of leasing is incredibly exciting,” said Vivian Liao, Principal at Ailanthus. “This transformative project will provide a dynamic living environment for residents and vibrant ground-floor retail to benefit the broader Sunset Park community.”
Designed by dencityworks | architecture, with interiors by Alchemy Studio, One Sunset will feature a blend of market-rate and affordable residences. Of the 187 units, 46 are permanently designated as affordable housing. Marketing and leasing for these affordable units will be led by the Fifth Avenue Committee, one of the development’s project partners, and is set to begin this summer.
A teaser website for One Sunset has also gone live, offering a first glimpse into the project’s design and offerings.
The development aims to contribute to the evolving landscape of Sunset Park by promoting economic diversity and community-focused retail along the ground floor.
