AJ Capital Previews Nashville Mixed-Use Venture

In 2023, AJ Capital Partners acquired Belle Meade Plaza for $87 million. Located at 4500 Harding Pike in Nashville, the former retail center anchored by Kroger has since been demolished, paving the way for a large-scale redevelopment.

AJ Capital is now preparing to break ground on its first phase of a transformative mixed-use project. The initial stage will include approximately 80 luxury residences, scheduled for completion by late 2027. Future phases will add rental apartments, 120 hotel rooms, and a modern shopping center featuring five buildings with a total of at least 47,800 square feet of retail space.

According to the company, the 780,000-square-foot development will create “a primely situated walkable community ecosystem” that combines storefronts, restaurants, condos, and rental homes, all designed to provide a cohesive, high-end urban experience.

AJ Capital Partners currently manages more than $5.4 billion in real estate investments across key markets in the United States and the United Kingdom.
