Waterton has announced the acquisition of Skye at Belltown, a 371-unit high-rise apartment community located in downtown Seattle, Washington.

Situated at 500 Wall Street, Skye at Belltown lies at the intersection of three vibrant neighborhoods: Belltown, South Lake Union, and Queen Anne. The property offers residents convenient access to major amenities including Whole Foods, as well as a wide range of retail, dining, and entertainment options.

This acquisition brings Waterton’s total portfolio in the Seattle market to 945 residential units.

“We’re excited to add Skye at Belltown to our growing Seattle portfolio,” said Kevin Ibasco, Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Waterton. “With its prime location within walking distance to prominent downtown employers such as Amazon, Google, and Apple, and the built-in lifestyle amenities of the neighborhood, Skye offers an attractive option for prospective renters.”

Originally constructed in 1949, Skye at Belltown spans an entire city block and has undergone multiple renovations over the years, including recent upgrades to individual units and building systems. The community features a variety of floorplans, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.
