**Prime Finance Partners Acquires Nashville Office Building Through Credit Bid**

The Commerce Center East office building, located at 100 Centerview Drive in Nashville, has been acquired by Prime Finance Partners, the lender on the property.

According to the Nashville Business Journal, Prime Finance Partners purchased the 239,000-square-foot office building for $19.5 million through a credit bid — a process that allows lenders to bid the amount they are owed during a foreclosure sale.

The previous owner, Albany Road Real Estate Partners, acquired the property in 2016 for $42.5 million when the three-story building was fully leased.

Currently, Commerce Center East serves as the headquarters of HireRight Holdings Corp.

In 2021, Albany Road secured a $36.9 million loan for the property from MetLife Investment Management. MetLife later transferred its interest to Prime Finance Partners, making them the new lender of record and ultimately leading to their acquisition of the building.
