Landmark Properties, in partnership with Westlake Capital, has acquired Northcreek Office Park, a 536,547-square-foot office campus located in Buckhead. Westlake Capital serves as the family office of Landmark Properties’ Chairman, Wes Rogers.
As part of the acquisition strategy, Landmark Properties will utilize a portion of the newly acquired space to house 100 members of its Atlanta workforce. The company will continue to maintain its corporate headquarters in Athens, Georgia, along with an executive office at Buckhead Plaza.
Situated at 3715 Northside Parkway in Buckhead’s West Paces Ferry corridor, Northcreek Office Park spans 39.9 acres and consists of four extensively renovated office buildings. The property underwent significant improvements between 2003 and 2009. Currently, the campus has more than 70 tenants and an occupancy rate of 70 percent. Landmark plans to further enhance the property by updating and revitalizing the common areas across the campus.
The transaction was brokered by Richard Reid of Jones Lang LaSalle, who represented the seller. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
