**Brown Commercial Group** has promoted Candace Scurto to Vice President, recognizing her continued achievements in the Chicago industrial real estate market. Scurto began her career with the firm as a college intern and has been a commercial broker since 2018. She specializes in advising industrial buyers, tenants, owners, and investors within the O’Hare submarket and the broader Northwest suburban area.
**Mesirow** has appointed Alex Gordon, CFP, as a Wealth Advisor. Gordon brings significant experience in financial planning and analysis for high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families. He joins an established team that includes Lee Gordon, Senior Managing Director, and Stephanie Feldman, CFP, CTFA, Managing Director.
**The Missner Group**, a Chicago-based development, general contractor, and asset management firm, has welcomed Maxx Kossof as Vice President of Development & Acquisitions. In this new leadership role, Kossof will focus on expanding the firm’s real estate platform by identifying and executing development and investment opportunities in the industrial sector.

**W.E. O’Neil Construction**, celebrating its 100th anniversary, has announced a leadership change. John Finn has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Finn brings over 20 years of experience at the company, most recently serving as COO and President of the California region.
