**Realterm Acquires Three-Property Industrial Outdoor Storage Portfolio in Kent**
Realterm has completed the acquisition of a prime industrial outdoor storage (IOS) portfolio consisting of three adjacent properties located in the highly sought-after Kent submarket of Seattle, Washington.
The properties, situated at 7915 South 261st Street and 26220 & 26330 79th Avenue South, collectively span 38,900 square feet across 9.3 contiguous acres. The site includes secured parking, storage, and maintenance facilities.
Currently, the properties are fully leased to two long-term tenants, both of whom have operated from these locations for over a decade.
“This strategic acquisition in Kent Valley aligns perfectly with our investment thesis targeting high-barrier-to-entry markets and properties with transportation-centric fundamentals,” said Stephen Panos, Managing Director and Senior Fund Manager at Realterm.
Located in the heart of Kent Valley—recognized as the strongest submarket in the Seattle region—the portfolio offers a central logistics hub with direct access to major transportation arteries, including SR-167 and Interstate 5. This connectivity enables efficient service across the greater Seattle area and provides proximity to major infrastructure assets, including the Port of Tacoma, Port of Seattle, and downtown Seattle.
