Prime/Capri Interests LLC, a joint venture of The Prime Group and Capri Investment Group, is bringing new life to the former BMO Harris Bank headquarters in Chicago Loop’s LaSalle Street Historic District. Stantec is providing architecture and interior design services for the approximately $300-million project which will revitalize 740,000 square feet of space with 345 apartments on its upper floors. 105 units have been set aside as affordable housing for tenants with income at an average of 60% area median. An approximately 300-key hotel will be located on the ground through 11th floors featuring a rooftop bar and swimming pool as well as fine dining restaurant in its lobby.
