Aligned Data Centers has announced the appointment of Billie Haggard as Chief Facility Operations Officer (CFOO). Previously serving as Executive Vice President of Operations, Haggard was instrumental in optimizing the company’s data center performance. In this newly created role, he will oversee global data center operations and personnel, while also leading the strategy for operational efficiency, technology enhancements, and innovation.
Austin-based LV Collective has welcomed Christopher Kott to its leadership team as Executive Vice President of Acquisitions. Kott brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, most recently serving as Managing Director of Acquisitions and a member of the investment committee at Virtus Real Estate Capital. He also held a prior role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as an analyst.
The Pflugerville City Council has approved a $77.6 million construction contract for a new public works complex. The project, currently in the design and bidding phase, will include a 56,000-square-foot main administrative facility, as well as dedicated buildings for supply, storage, vehicle maintenance, and fueling. The new campus will replace the city’s use of four leased mobile trailers, which currently cost approximately $210,000 annually.
Colliers has announced that Jack Crews has joined the firm as Executive Vice President in its Dallas-Fort Worth office. Crews is a seasoned leader in the commercial real estate industry, with an extensive background in office leasing and capital markets. His prior leadership experience includes roles at Jones Lang LaSalle, Trammell Crow Company, and HFF, where he advised institutional clients, private investors, and occupiers.
