**Developer Duo Transforms Former Key Biscayne Resort into Luxury Condos**

Real estate firms Terra and Fortune International Group have partnered to acquire the former Silver Sands Beach Resort property in Key Biscayne, Florida, for $205 million. Located at 301 Ocean Drive, the oceanfront site is set to become a luxury 56-residence boutique-branded condominium. Construction is scheduled to commence in late 2026.

The forthcoming development will feature a suite of upscale amenities, including a fine-dining restaurant, two swimming pools, social areas, as well as a comprehensive fitness center and spa.

Terra’s ongoing developments include Villa Miami in Edgewater, Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences in Midtown Miami/Design District, The WELL Coconut Grove, The WELL Bay Harbor Islands, and Mr. C Hotel & Residences in West Palm Beach.

Meanwhile, Fortune International Group is currently working on several high-profile projects such as The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Pompano Beach, St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, Faena Residences Miami, ORA by Casa Tua in Brickell, and Nexo Residences in North Miami.
