Creation Equity has received approval from the McKinney City Council to move ahead with a major 146-acre development called Northgate, located at the northwest corner of US 75 in McKinney, Texas. The ambitious project will blend retail, office, residential, and hospitality components into a single, master-planned community.

The Northgate development will feature approximately 135,000 square feet of retail space and over 1,600 multifamily residential units. Plans also include a hotel, six-story office buildings, and a range of outdoor amenities designed to support a vibrant, walkable community.
