The Kroenke Organization, led by Los Angeles Rams owner E. Stanley Kroenke, has announced plans for a major new development in Woodland Hills. Spanning 52 acres, the project—dubbed Rams Village at Warner Center—will serve as the permanent home for the team’s headquarters and training facility.

“As we embark on our tenth season back in Los Angeles, we remain committed to helping shape the future of this great city,” said Kroenke. “Rams Village at Warner Center will continue to transform Woodland Hills by providing a vibrant gathering place for the community through publicly accessible open spaces, new entertainment venues, a retail village, and residential offerings.”

In addition to the Rams’ headquarters, the proposed mixed-use neighborhood—being designed by global architecture firm Gensler—will feature a variety of housing options, retail and office space, hotel accommodations, and indoor entertainment venues. The development also includes parks and open space, all situated within the Warner Center 2035 Plan area.

The Rams Village aims to be not just a home for the team, but also a dynamic, community-centered destination in the heart of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley.
