**NE Raleigh Retail Center Sells for Nearly $30 Million**

Triangle Town Place, a retail center located at 3630 Sumner Boulevard in Northeast Raleigh, has been sold for $29.55 million. The 14.4-acre property was acquired by RCG Ventures from Global Net Lease, Inc.

Constructed in 2004, the retail complex comprises five buildings totaling 153,350 square feet. Key tenants include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Designer Shoe Warehouse, Dollar Tree, and Nordstrom Rack. The site also features a large vacant space previously occupied by Party City, which recently filed for bankruptcy.

According to the Triangle Business Journal, the property has an assessed value of $26.62 million. Its last sale occurred in 2022, when it traded for $28.4 million.

RCG Ventures, founded in 2003, has grown its portfolio significantly over the past two decades. Through both direct and joint venture investments, the company has acquired a total of 190 properties across 30 states, with invested capital exceeding $1.5 billion.
