Spin Master, a leading global children’s entertainment company, has announced the expansion and relocation of its Los Angeles office to The Collective, a creative office campus developed by Tishman Speyer in Playa Vista.

Under a multi-year agreement, Spin Master will significantly grow its footprint, moving into 132,300 square feet of space across three full buildings within the five-building campus. The move marks a substantial increase from its current 70,000-square-foot office at 5880 Jefferson Blvd.

“We designed The Collective as an inspiring environment for creative brands,” said Allen Palmer, Managing Director at Tishman Speyer. “We are excited that Spin Master sees our campus as the ideal setting for its team to innovate and grow.”

The Collective is part of a trio of office developments built by Tishman Speyer on 64 acres acquired in 2007. The site also includes The Campus at Playa Vista and The Brickyard, both prominent additions to Playa Vista’s commercial landscape.

Tishman Speyer was represented in-house by Allen Palmer. Spin Master’s representation included Tony Morales and Maureen Hawley of JLL, along with Chris Dumont of Madison Partners.
