Macerich Expands Tenant Roster and Completes Renovations at Queens Center

Macerich’s Queens Center, located in Elmhurst, Queens, has announced the opening of eight new stores: San Wei, Psycho Bunny, Digiso, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Poke Island, Burlington, Primark, and H&M. The center is also preparing to welcome two additional retailers—Dossier and PacSun—in the coming months.

For San Wei, Psycho Bunny, Digiso, Dossier, PacSun, Primark, and H&M, the Queens Center marks each brand’s debut and sole location within the borough, making the shopping center a key destination for unique retail experiences in Queens.

In addition to the influx of new tenants, Macerich has completed a series of interior and exterior renovations at the center. Updates include new light fixtures, carpeting, and enhancements to common area seating. Planned improvements currently underway include the addition of live greenery and upgrades to the parking garage, aimed at further enhancing the visitor experience.

“As Macerich continues to see an increase in foot traffic across our centers, we remain committed to investing in our properties and providing shoppers with a dynamic and enhanced shopping experience,” said Jamie Bourbeau, Senior Vice President of Leasing at Macerich.
