**Sunbelt Investment Holdings Proposes 160-Acre Mixed-Use Development in Buckeye**

Sunbelt Investment Holdings has unveiled plans for a new 160-acre mixed-use project in Buckeye, Arizona. The development will feature a combination of multifamily and single-family residential units, along with commercial retail space and a dedicated business park.

The site, located at the southwest corner of Verrado Way and Yuma Road, is currently undergoing rezoning approval. Buckeye’s Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the proposal. In addition to rezoning, Sunbelt is seeking to annex the property from Maricopa County into the city of Buckeye.

According to the Phoenix Business Journal, the rezoning and annexation requests are expected to go before the Buckeye City Council for a vote in April. If approved, the project will move forward with a range of land uses. Plans include a 14-acre parcel for commercial development, a 46-acre parcel for a business park, and 33 acres dedicated to multifamily residential construction.

This development represents the latest investment by Sunbelt Investment Holdings in the Valley, aiming to meet growing demand for diverse housing and employment opportunities in the region.
