### Australian Beauty Brand Establishes NYC Headquarters in SoHo
Kaufman Organization has announced that **Slip**, a family-owned Australian company specializing in silk pillowcases and scrunchies, has signed a **3,100-square-foot sublease** at **138 Spring Street** in SoHo. This new space will serve as Slip’s New York City headquarters.

We identified a full-floor space that allows our client to enhance their brand and image.”*
Kagan represented the tenant in the transaction, while **Matt Siegal of JLL** represented the landlord.
