**Corgan Expands to the Pacific Northwest with New Seattle Office**

Global architecture and design firm Corgan has opened a new office in the Seattle metro area, located at Skyline Tower in Bellevue, Washington.

Skyline Tower, a 429,000-square-foot building at 10900 N.E. Fourth Street, is owned and managed by Kilroy Realty. Corgan’s expansion into the Pacific Northwest strengthens its ability to support clients and meet growing demand across the region, including Alaska and Canada.

“While Corgan has been actively working at Seattle Tacoma International Airport for some time, we are excited to be planting roots in the area and be part of the innovative architecture and design community here,” said Emiliano Ciarletti, Vice President and Project Manager.

Led by Ciarletti, the Seattle office plans to continue expanding its portfolio and employee base locally. In recent years, the firm has experienced significant growth, entering five new markets and expanding to 19 offices nationwide.
