**Grapevine’s Hotel Vin Expanding with 120 New Rooms**
Hotel Vin, part of the Marriott Autograph Collection Hotels, is set to break ground in late 2025 on its expansion, Hotel Vin Reserve, in Grapevine. The new addition will include a pool, additional rooms, and event spaces.
The Hotel Vin Reserve expansion will feature 120 new rooms and will be built on the former site of Sunbelt Rentals, which has relocated from 321 E. Dallas Road. Operated by Grapevine-based Coury Hospitality, Hotel Vin originally opened in late 2020.
The expansion will connect to the existing Hotel Vin and will include an outdoor pool, spa, private event space, and additional parking.
Harvest Hall, which is connected to the hotel, offers a diverse selection of international cuisine along with an extensive wine, spirits, and craft beer menu.
Both Hotel Vin and Harvest Hall are part of Grapevine Main, a $114 million mixed-use development that also includes a 500-space parking garage and a 38,000-square-foot outdoor plaza, capable of hosting up to 3,500 guests.
