**Silverstein Properties Resumes Sales at Avenue Bellevue**
Silverstein Properties has announced the relaunch of luxury condominium sales at Avenue Bellevue, a high-end mixed-use development located at 850 Avenue Square NE. The project offers a variety of units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences.
Leading the retail leasing efforts for Avenue Bellevue is Newmark, while the marketing and sales of the residential units are being managed by rennie.

The development also includes the region’s first InterContinental-branded hotel, along with over 85,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
