### Tucson Truck Terminal Hits the Market for $10 Million

A legendary piece of Arizona’s history is now available for purchase. **The Tucson Truck Terminal (TTT)**, a landmark just outside of Tucson, has officially hit the market after more than 70 years of operation. The asking price is $10 million. The property is located just off Interstate 10 at the Craycroft Road offramp.

Established in 1965, the **Triple T Truck Stop** spans 35,145 square feet and offers a variety of amenities, including a full-service restaurant, bar, truck wash, and motel rooms. The property occupies approximately 11.09 acres of commercial space. Recent upgrades, such as newly installed underground fuel storage tanks and above-ground pumps, as well as upcoming Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) road improvements, add to its value. Over the years, the TTT has made cameo appearances in several films, including *White Line Fever*.

In addition to **Omar’s Hi-Way Chef Restaurant**, the TTT now features **Sallie Sue’s Adult Beverage House**, which boasts a state-of-the-art computerized bartender capable of mixing 600 different drinks. The property is currently listed by **Kidder Mathews**.
