**ABI Multifamily Brokers $22.3M Sale of La Posada Apartments in Tucson**

ABI Multifamily has announced the $22.3 million sale of La Posada Apartments, a 136-unit multifamily community in Tucson, Arizona. The buyer, California-based Break of Day Capital, acquired the property from Element Property Company, a national multifamily investment firm that originally purchased it in 2020.

Located in Tucson’s Midvale neighborhood at 1745 South Headley Road, La Posada Apartments is situated just north of West Valencia Road and two miles from the Tucson Spectrum outdoor mall.

Originally constructed in 1999, the property features units averaging 869 square feet. Amenities on-site include a swimming pool and spa, clubhouse, laundry facilities, fitness center, business center, children’s playground, gated entry, and ample open parking.

The transaction was facilitated by ABI Multifamily’s Alon Shnitzer, Rue Bax, Eddie Chang, Doug Lazovick, and Tyler Bruggman, along with the Tucson Apartment Team members Desiree Palmer and Ryan Kippes.
