### Edwards Realty Company Breaks Ground on Downtown Orland Park Development
Orland Park-based Edwards Realty Company, in partnership with the Village of Orland Park, is set to break ground on *Downtown Orland Park*, a dynamic new development featuring stand-alone restaurants, retail spaces, co-working offices, fitness centers, and daycare facilities. The project will also include an entertainment district filled with bars, restaurants, and live music venues.
Spanning over 140,000 square feet, Downtown Orland Park will include:
– **37,000 square feet** of mixed office space
– **84,000 square feet** dedicated to retail businesses
– **26,000 square feet** allocated for entertainment spaces
The development will open in phases, with full completion expected by Fall 2027.
Strategically located, Downtown Orland Park will be adjacent to the Ninety7Fifty on the Park apartments, the University of Chicago Medicine Center for Advanced Care, and the 143rd Street Metra station, offering convenient access to residents and visitors alike.
