### Alchemy Ventures Acquires East Village Mixed-Use Property

Alchemy Ventures, an affiliate of Alchemy Properties Inc., has acquired 151 Avenue A, a 9,634-square-foot mixed-use property in the East Village. The five-story building features eight three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments and two ground-level retail spaces. The transaction closed for $10,750,000 and was brokered by Joe Koicim and Matt Berger of Marcus & Millichap.

Located directly across from Tompkins Square Park, the property sits between East 9th and East 10th streets. The ground and basement floors house Danny & Coop’s, a cheesesteak shop owned by Danny DiGiampietro of Angelo’s Pizzeria in Philadelphia, alongside actor and filmmaker Bradley Cooper.

“This acquisition represents an exciting step in Alchemy Ventures’ continued growth in New York City,” said Sam Kooris, co-founder and principal at Alchemy Ventures. “151 Avenue A is a perfect example of the type of high-quality, well-located asset that aligns with our strategic vision. We look forward to adding value to this property and continuing to expand our portfolio.”
