**Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar Opens at 2 Bethesda Metro**

The Chevy Chase Land Company has announced the debut of Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar at 2 Bethesda Metro, an office tower in downtown Bethesda that recently underwent a $25 million transformation.

Located on the retail level of the building, the 6,547-square-foot restaurant marks the third metro-area location for Pisco y Nazca, a concept celebrated for its modern approach to traditional Peruvian cuisine.

“We are excited to welcome Pisco y Nazca to 2 Bethesda Metro, bringing an upscale and energetic dining amenity to the tower, as well as to neighboring office and retail,” said Jason Winans, Executive Vice President of Asset Management at The Chevy Chase Land Company, which owns the property.

The 315,000-square-foot building recently completed a significant repositioning project. “We have significantly reimagined this property, from the relocated entrance to the state-of-the-art amenity pavilion, which includes an expansive rooftop deck, a 20-person conference room, a tenant lounge with a pool table, and a fitness center,” added Winans.

With this addition, 2 Bethesda Metro continues to enhance its reputation as a dynamic destination for dining, business, and lifestyle amenities in downtown Bethesda.
