### Mohr Partners Expands to Seattle, Appoints Spencer Marona as Market Leader
Mohr Partners, Inc., a global corporate real estate advisory and outsourcing services firm, continues its U.S. expansion with the addition of commercial real estate veteran Spencer Marona to its Seattle team.
A Seattle native, Marona will serve as Mohr Partners’ market leader and broker of record for Washington. He previously worked with Cresa’s local affiliate, Flinn Ferguson, and also held a leadership role at Marcus & Millichap.
“We have a significant number of our 300 existing U.S. national clients who lease or own corporate real estate in the Seattle area, and Spencer’s strong understanding of the local commercial real estate markets makes him an ideal transaction professional to execute their transactions,” said Robert Shibuya, Mohr Partners Chairman and CEO.
In the past 18 months, Mohr Partners has added new offices in Reno, Raleigh-Durham, Phoenix, and Cleveland. With the addition of Seattle, the firm now operates 24 offices across all major U.S. markets.
