### H.W. Kaufman Group Relocates NYC Offices to Silverstein Tower in Midtown

Global specialty insurance organization H.W. Kaufman Group will relocate its New York City office to 1177 Avenue of the Americas, according to an announcement by Silverstein Properties. The company has signed a 10-year lease for 11,012 square feet, with plans to move from its current location at 555 Fifth Avenue in late 2025.

“We are pleased to welcome Kaufman’s esteemed team of professionals to 1177 Avenue of the Americas,” said Harlan Strader, Vice President of Leasing at Silverstein Properties. “With high-level service and flexible design, the tower enables top companies to redefine their work experience and empower productivity throughout their organizations.”

Casimer Daniewski, Corporate Vice President of Real Estate for H.W. Kaufman, emphasized the company’s decision to select the 47-story tower due to its “highly desirable location, state-of-the-art services, and proximity to our clients and insurance company partners.”

Silverstein Properties was represented in-house by Strader, along with Lou D’Avanzo, Anthony LoPresti, Peter Kerans, and Caroline Collins of Cushman & Wakefield. Kaufman was represented by Kirill Azovtsev, Shay Bolton, and Alex Redlus of Savills.
