### Hilton Announces Canopy by Hilton Hotel at Deer Valley
Extell Development Company and Hilton have signed an agreement to introduce a new Canopy by Hilton Hotel at Deer Valley East Village. This 180-key hotel, set to open in the summer of 2026, will mark the Canopy by Hilton brand’s debut in Utah.
Overlooking the Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley Resort, the hotel is located just steps from the Jordanelle Express Gondola, offering ski-in access during winter and outdoor activities in the summer months.
Designed by The Richardson Design Partnership, the hotel will feature a range of on-site amenities, including a pool and hot tub, steam room and sauna, fitness center, and a golf simulator. Additionally, it will house a dedicated ski reception lobby and locker room, meeting and conference facilities, and two levels of underground parking with 176 spaces.
Guests will have access to multiple dining options, including a full-service restaurant, an après-ski lounge, a grab-and-go coffee shop, and a rooftop lounge offering scenic mountain views.
