### Law Firm Kellner Herlihy Renews Lease at Midtown South Offices
Williams Equities has renewed the lease for law firm Kellner Herlihy Getty & Friedman, LLP, covering 10,427 square feet on the seventh floor of the North Tower at 470 Park Avenue South. The lease terms were not disclosed. This renewal follows Williams Equities’ recent acquisition of the boutique Midtown South office property as part of a larger, portfolio-wide investment strategy.
Michael T. Cohen, Andrew Roos, Mac Roos, Jessica Verdi, and Rachel Kirkham of Colliers represented Williams Equities in the leasing negotiations. The company has also announced that several additional floors within the property are available for lease in a variety of sizes.
470 Park Avenue South consists of two adjoining office buildings, featuring 12 stories in the North Tower and 18 stories in the South Tower. The property includes ground-floor retail space and an indoor and outdoor amenity area on the ground floor. Recently, the building underwent a significant transformation, incorporating Energy Star construction, modern finishes, and expansive open floor plans designed to optimize natural light and air flow. Williams Equities has rebranded the property to reflect these enhancements.
