A 10-story tower in Albuquerque’s Highland Business district, just north of Central Avenue is set to be auctioned off on June 6. The starting bid price for Two Park Central Tower is $500,000 and Rhino Investments Group has been listed as the seller. Ten-X will handle the auction process for this former office tower which has now been zoned for 75-115 multifamily housing units and onsite parking.
According to Albuquerque Business First, Eight residential floorplans ranging from 489 to 1,546 square feet have already been planned out with intentions of converting the building into apartment units – meaning that whoever purchases it can begin remodeling based on those plans right away. The gross square footage of Two Park Central Tower is 101,000 square feet and was originally built in 1960 before being renovated again during the 1990s.
