### Moxy by Marriott Nears Construction Milestone in Atlanta

Atlanta hotel developers are racing to complete projects ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, now just 15 months away. Among these developments, a **Moxy by Marriott** is making significant progress. After breaking ground six months ago, the hotel at **329 Marietta Street** is just two stories away from topping out. Once finished, the 10-story hotel will add a fresh hospitality option to downtown Atlanta.

Developed by **Nexera Capital** and **Emerge Hospitality Group**, with **Winter Construction** leading the build, the 183-room hotel will be situated alongside the **Hyatt Place Atlanta**. The prime location offers easy access to **Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, the Georgia World Congress Center, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium**.

The hotel’s design plans include a **rooftop lounge, a street-level bar, a speakeasy, and multiple social gathering spaces**. This will mark Atlanta’s second **Moxy by Marriott**, further solidifying the brand’s presence in the city.

With Atlanta preparing for an influx of visitors during the World Cup, this project remains on track to accommodate soccer fans and tourists looking for a stylish and modern stay in the city’s vibrant downtown.
