Regency Centers Corp. has purchased the Brentwood Place Shopping Center for $118.5 million. According to the *Nashville Business Journal*, the property has seen its value nearly double since Swift Creek Holdings acquired it for $60.2 million in 2007.

Located at 330 Franklin Road, Brentwood Place Shopping Center spans 320,000 square feet and houses major retailers such as Nordstrom Rack, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Total Wine, and Golf Galaxy. The center maintains a 95% occupancy rate and attracts approximately 4.3 million visitors annually.
