### Foundry Commercial Developing Edgewood Park of Commerce

Foundry Commercial is set to develop Edgewood Park of Commerce, a six-building commercial and industrial flex space on a 25-acre site at 4881 S. Orange Blossom Trail. The project has received approval from the city of Edgewood, with RandallMade Corp., a knife company, owning the land. RandallMade Corp. also operates a store at 4857 S. Orange Blossom Trail, located east of the development site.

The project will feature three pairs of buildings, with two measuring 107,400 square feet, two at 94,600 square feet, and two at 80,800 square feet. Each pair will include truck courts and loading bays between them to support industrial and commercial operations.

According to the *Orlando Business Journal*, the development is expected to attract tenants involved in light assembly, storage, and office or showroom operations. The $95 million project was anticipated to break ground in the third quarter of 2025.

Foundry Commercial currently operates with 2,900 associates across 13 offices and has completed 30 million square feet of development and investment projects.
