### Muss Development Secures Two Nonprofit Leases at 60 Bay St.

Muss Development LLC has finalized two nonprofit organization leases totaling nearly 37,000 square feet at its 60 Bay St. property in Staten Island’s St. George neighborhood.

The Legal Aid Society has signed a long-term renewal and expansion, now occupying a total of 29,467 square feet across three floors. Muss Development’s Bill Bergman represented the property ownership in the transaction, while Christopher Mansfield, Craig Reicher, Greg Maurer-Hollaender, and Julia Passantem of CBRE represented the tenant.

Additionally, the Center for Family Representation, which operates multiple locations, has secured a long-term lease for 6,156 square feet to establish a new office in Staten Island. Bergman also represented ownership in this deal, while Jonathan Fein and Mitzi Flexer of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

Situated across from the Staten Island Ferry and just a block from federal and New York State courts as well as Borough Hall, 60 Bay St. is primarily occupied by law offices and legal-related businesses.
