### Warner Bros. Discovery to Downsize Office Space in Move to Bellevue

Warner Bros. Discovery has secured a 48,000-square-foot lease at Civica Office Commons, located at 225 108th Ave. NE in Bellevue, Washington.

This move follows the impending expiration of the company’s 112,000-square-foot lease at Seattle’s Hill7 in May. The newly leased Bellevue space is significantly smaller, occupying less than half of the area Warner Bros. Discovery previously had in Seattle, according to the *Puget Sound Business Journal*. The company is expected to take over space previously vacated by Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Bank.

The New York-based media and entertainment giant will use the Bellevue office for its direct-to-consumer division, which includes Max and Discovery Plus. Civica Office Commons, a two-building, 324,614-square-foot office complex in Bellevue’s Central Business District, is owned by Unico Properties.
