### Wingate Breaks Ground on Luxury Senior Living Community in Needham
Wingate Living and WL Development, a leading owner, operator, manager, and developer of luxury senior living communities, has officially broken ground on One Wingate Way East in Needham, Massachusetts. As of the groundbreaking, 75% of the residential units have already been leased. Designed for independent seniors, the community is slated to welcome its first residents in the spring of 2026.
